🌹 She’s Not Behind—She’s Blooming

There is something beautiful about watching a flower bloom.

It doesn’t happen all at once.

First, there’s a seed. Then there are roots nobody can see. There are seasons of rain, seasons of sunshine, and even moments when it looks like nothing is happening at all.

And then—she blooms.

I believe the same is true for our girls and young women.

Sometimes we look at where someone is in life and assume they should be further along. We compare their journey to someone else’s. We wonder why they haven’t discovered their purpose yet, why their confidence isn’t stronger, or why they are still trying to figure out who they are.

But what if she isn’t behind?

What if she’s still blooming?

Give Her Room to Grow

Every young woman deserves a space where she can grow without feeling like she has to have everything figured out.

She needs people who will remind her that her value isn't determined by social media, popularity, relationships, mistakes, or the opinions of others.

She needs someone to tell her:

You are valuable.
You have purpose.
Your voice matters.
There is more inside of you.
God created you intentionally.

That's part of the heart behind Blooming Roses.

I want our young ladies to have a place where they can ask questions, build healthy relationships, develop practical life skills, strengthen their confidence, grow in faith, discover their gifts, and become comfortable with the young woman they are becoming.

Blooming Doesn't Always Look Pretty

Growth can be uncomfortable.

Sometimes blooming means walking away from relationships that no longer fit where you're going.

Sometimes it means learning to speak up for yourself.

Sometimes it means admitting, “I need help.”

Sometimes it means trying again after you failed.

And sometimes blooming simply means looking in the mirror and finally beginning to love the young woman looking back at you.

That's growth, too.

Our girls don't need the pressure to be perfect. They need the support to keep growing.

To the Young Lady Reading This...

You don't have to have your entire future figured out today.

You are allowed to learn.

You are allowed to grow.

You are allowed to make adjustments.

You are allowed to discover new things about yourself.

And yes—you are allowed to bloom at your own pace.

Don't rush your season because someone else's life looks further along.

Keep growing. Keep learning. Keep believing. Keep becoming.

The flower doesn't compete with the rose beside it.

It simply blooms. 🌹

And to the Women Who Came Before Her...

We have a responsibility, too.

Somebody encouraged us.

Somebody prayed for us.

Somebody corrected us.

Somebody gave us another chance.

Somebody saw something in us before we could see it in ourselves.

Now it's our turn.

Let's create spaces where the next generation of young women can be seen, heard, challenged, supported, loved, and reminded of who God created them to be.

That's why my heart is in this.

That's why Blooming Roses exists.

And I cannot wait to see what happens when we give our girls the environment, encouragement, and opportunity they need to...

BLOOM. 🌹
